How to Buy Camping Cookware
Though you might feel tempted to take your home cookware along for a car camping trip, it's just not practical--you don't want to have to pull stuff from the kitchen when you camping, and this stuff takes a beating. Instead, get a special set of cookware for car camping.

Steps
1.
Look for the right balance of capacity and weight/volume. Though you're far less limited in a car than when you're backpacking, you've still got a car to pack.
2. Seek out nonstick cookware. Cleanup is doubly troublesome when camping.

3. Make sure the cookware can stand high heat. Sometimes camping stoves don't allow simmering.
4.Get at least a skillet and a saucepan, preferably two of each, to allow for flexibility in culinary experimentation.
